Forget Agile and Kanban, understand what your user wants first
I feel like this article is a tad heavy-handed, and the whole “understand what your user wants first” in the title isn’t really touched on as it should be. Really, the title says it all and is the takeaway I want. Agile, Kanban, Scrum, whatever. They are all fine and have their place, but when you put too much focus on the buzzwords, “agile artifacts” and selling it you lose focus on what it is actually about. It’s about making the software your users want and need.
